From Lynchburg/Roanoke: Rt 460

Follow 460 EAST through Lynchburg. Take the Amherst exit, which is the new RT 29. Follow RT 29 NORTH toward Charlottesville. Once in Amherst, take the exit for RT 60 EAST toward Richmond. (This exit is not numbered, but is the exit AFTER the Sweet Briar exit.) Drive .8 miles on RT 60 EAST. Turn RIGHT onto Dulwich. Turn LEFT onto Union Hill. Drive 1 mile. Turn RIGHT onto Ebenezer. Drive 1.5 miles. Turn RIGHT onto London Lane. (This is the entrance to Poplar Grove. There is a dual stone-walled entrance there.) Drive .9 miles. Turn LEFT onto Tavern Lane. Proceed to the parking lot straight ahead.

From Lynchburg: Rt. 29N Business

Follow Route 29 North Business toward Amherst/Charlottesville. Once in Amherst, take the exit for RT60 EAST toward Richmond. (This exit is not numbered, but is the exit AFTER the Sweet Briar exit.) From Richmond

From RT 60 WEST, turn LEFT onto Union Hill. (Union Hill is about 1.5 miles before RT 29. Look for VDOT's blue sign for Poplar Grove.) Take the next LEFT onto Ebenezer. Drive 1.5 miles. Turn RIGHT onto London Lane. (This is the entrance to Poplar Grove. There is a dual stone-walled entrance there.) Drive .9 miles. Turn LEFT onto Tavern Lane. Proceed to the parking lot straight ahead.

From Lexington

From Route 60 east, turn RIGHT onto Dulwich, which is approximately 1 mile past Route 29. Drive .4 miles, until the road ends at a T. Turn LEFT onto Union HIll. Drive 1 mile. Turn RIGHT onto Ebenezer. Drive 1.5 miles. Turn RIGHT onto London Lane. (This is the entrance to Poplar Grove. There is a dual stone-walled entrance there.) Drive .9 miles. Turn LEFT onto Tavern Lane. Proceed to the parking lot straight ahead.
